QUADRATIC EQUATION TASK
1. The equation x2 – 8x + k = 0 has ratio roots 3:1, determine the value of k!
2. If the different between two quadratic equation roots x2 – x +24 = 0 is 5, so deternine the addition roots of that equation.
3. Prove that the quadratic equation x2 – (2m + 3)x + 3m = 0, with m € R. Has two real and different roots where every m is a real number.
4. Determine the roots of equation 3x2 + 2x +6 = 0, by completing quadratic.
5. If quadratic equation 4x2 +3x +1 = 0 with the roots are α & β , so determine the value of:

6. If quadratic equation 2x2 – 5x +3 = 0 with x1 and x2 as its roots. Determine the quadratic equation which the roots (2x1 + 3) and 2x2 + 3).
